1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Truta FX website (trutafx.com) or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and members.

2. Description of Service

Truta FX is a private, gated educational and mentorship platform focused on Forex and Futures trading. The platform provides access to:

—Educational content including market analysis, methodology documentation, and training materials

—Community channels for discussion, accountability, and trade documentation

—Live and recorded trading sessions

—Mentorship features (Elite tier only)

The platform is accessed exclusively through invitation following a selective application process.

3. Eligibility

Access to Truta FX is conditional upon:

—Successful completion of the application process

—Selection by Truta FX at its sole discretion

—Payment of the applicable subscription fee

—Agreement to these Terms, the EULA, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm that you are accessing the platform for personal, educational purposes only.

4. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: All content, analysis, commentary, trade ideas, and discussions made available on the Truta FX platform are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes:

—Financial advice of any kind

—A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument

—A trading signal or managed service

—Investment advice regulated by any financial authority

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Truta FX accepts no responsibility or liability for any financial losses incurred.

5. Member Conduct

By accessing the platform, you agree to:

—Treat other members and staff with respect

—Not share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary content outside the platform

—Document your conduct and trades honestly

—Comply with all channel rules and community guidelines

—Not engage in harassment, abuse, spam, or any disruptive behaviour

Truta FX reserves the right to revoke access without refund for any conduct violation at its sole discretion.

6. Subscription and Payment

Access is granted on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise Truta FX to charge the applicable fee at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Pricing and tier details are published on the website and communicated during the application process. Truta FX reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

Truta FX may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

—Breach of these Terms, the EULA, or community standards

—Non-payment or chargeback initiation

—Conduct deemed harmful to the community or platform integrity

You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the Refund Policy. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Truta FX shall not be liable for:

—Any financial losses resulting from trading decisions influenced by platform content

—Loss of profits, revenue, or data

—Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

The platform's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform is the intellectual property of Truta FX unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Truta FX operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the courts of that jurisdiction.
