By accessing or using the Truta FX website (trutafx.com), Discord server, YouTube channel, newsletter, or any associated platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Truta FX is a free, open educational resource focused on Forex and Futures trading. The platform provides access to:

—Educational content including market analysis, methodology documentation, and training materials published on YouTube and other channels

—A free Discord community for discussion, trade documentation, and methodology review

—A weekly newsletter ("The Truta Brief") delivered via email

—Lead magnets and downloadable educational resources

All educational content is provided free of charge. No paid tiers, gated content, or subscription fees exist.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement. By using the platform, you confirm that:

—You are accessing the platform for personal, educational purposes only

—You understand that all content is educational and not financial advice

—You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make

4. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: All content, analysis, commentary, trade ideas, methodologies, frameworks, and discussions made available through Truta FX — on the website, YouTube, Discord, newsletter, or any other channel — are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing published by Truta FX constitutes:

—Financial advice or investment advice of any kind

—A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument

—A trading signal, managed account service, or copy-trading service

—Investment advice regulated by any financial authority

Trading Forex, Futures, and CFDs involves substantial risk of loss. Between 74-89% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading leveraged products. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. You should consider whether you understand how leveraged products work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Truta FX accepts no responsibility or liability for any financial losses incurred as a result of engaging with any content published on the platform.

Truta FX is not regulated by any financial authority and does not hold any financial services licence.

5. User Conduct

By accessing the platform, you agree to:

—Treat other users and staff with respect across all channels

—Not share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary content for commercial purposes without permission

—Document your contributions and discussions honestly

—Comply with all channel rules and community guidelines (particularly in Discord)

—Not engage in harassment, abuse, spam, or any disruptive behaviour

Truta FX reserves the right to revoke access to any platform (including Discord) for any conduct violation at its sole discretion.

6. Affiliate and Commercial Disclosures

Truta FX may earn revenue through:

—YouTube advertising revenue

—Affiliate links to trading tools and platforms (e.g., TradingView, Edgewonk, TraderSync)

—Affiliate links to proprietary trading firms (e.g., FTMO)

—Vetted sponsorships

All commercial relationships are disclosed explicitly. Truta FX does not recommend any product or service it does not personally use. Affiliate links do not affect the price you pay.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including text, graphics, logos, videos, methodology documentation, and educational materials — is the intellectual property of Truta FX unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

You may share links to published content freely. You may not re-upload, re-package, or present Truta FX content as your own.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Truta FX shall not be liable for:

—Any financial losses resulting from trading decisions influenced by platform content

—Loss of profits, revenue, or data

—Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

—Any losses arising from reliance on any content, analysis, or methodology published on the platform

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, and services. Truta FX is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party sites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or newsletter. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Truta FX operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the courts of that jurisdiction.
