Truta FX operates a strict no-refund policy. Once access to the platform has been granted — regardless of tier — no refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credits will be issued under any circumstances.
This policy exists because access to proprietary content, analysis, methodology materials, and community channels is granted immediately upon payment. The value delivered cannot be reversed once accessed.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

3. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute while holding active access to the platform constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service and EULA. In such cases:

4. Disputed Charges
