End User Licence Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") governs your access to and use of the Truta FX platform, content, and community. By gaining access — whether through a Pro or Elite subscription — you agree to be bound by this EULA in full. If you do not agree, you must not access the platform.

2. Licence Grant

Subject to this EULA and payment of the applicable subscription fee, Truta FX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the platform's educational content, community channels, and resources for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

—Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicence access to any part of the platform to any third party

—Record, screenshot, copy, or distribute any proprietary content including analysis, sessions, methodology materials, or communications

—Use the platform's content for commercial purposes without express written consent

—Attempt to reverse-engineer or access restricted areas of the platform

—Engage in disruptive, abusive, or harassing conduct within the community

Violation of any restriction may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Truta FX platform — including but not limited to market analysis, methodology documentation, session recordings, written materials, and community posts by Truta FX staff — is the intellectual property of Truta FX. No licence to reproduce or distribute such content is granted under this EULA.

5. No Financial Advice

The content, analysis, and discussions made available through the platform are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a trading signal of any kind. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that trading Forex, Futures, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your capital. Truta FX accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of trading decisions made in connection with or inspired by content on the platform.

7. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective from the date access is granted and continues for the duration of your subscription unless earlier terminated. Truta FX reserves the right to terminate or suspend access at any time for breach of this EULA, conduct violations, or abuse of the platform. No refund will be issued upon termination for breach.

8. Modifications

Truta FX reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Truta FX operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
